FH Corona Consumer Check: Restarting retail outlets used with restraint

A new survey by the Corona Consumer Check from IFH Cologne in cooperation with Sitecore and ecx.io analyses the effects of corona loosening and shows: Consumers still shy away from shopping in stationary stores, while online purchases continue to increase. The desire to shop and browse in local retail stores is clouded, while at the same time the demands on the online shopping experience are increasing.
