An online shop integrated into the VERBUND website was set up for the online distribution of hardware and system products as well as for the use of the existing end customer base for cross-selling activities. With one central login via which all online services can be accessed in the future, the customer portal was expanded and VERBUND’s entire new product landscape illustrated. This way, customers can order electricity in an easy and quick way.
The agile approach used in the implementation required a continuous and intensive interaction between all project participants and ensured a dynamic project implementation in which short-term changes in priorities could also be taken into account.
