Health and fitness opportunities

People who do a lot of work in front of a computer often like to compensate with physical activity. We will take on part of your personal gym fee and offer fresh fruit to snack on – all inclusive!  Do you need more motivation for a healthier life? Join our Virgin Pulse challenge where you and your team can collect steps together. Are you stuck with an issue? No problem, we offer internal coaching too. We are also very proud of our Mental Health Programme, where we can discuss psychological challenges with each other in confidence. Both coaching and the Mental Health Programme are of course completely confidential.

The steps of your application to


  • Step 1: Apply to us: Take the opportunity to tell us what you are looking for and what you have achieved so far. Simply upload your CV. A cover letter is optional – but recommended for applications for junior positions.


  • Optional: Step 2: Get to know each other: You may receive an invitation to an initial call with one of our recruitment consultants, depending on your CV and the position you are applying for. Sometimes we might call you without an appointment, providing you can take our call. This is the perfect opportunity to clarify any unanswered questions and to get to know each other briefly. This conversation usually lasts about 14 – 45 minutes.


  • Step 3: Let’s focus on skills: This is the first subject-oriented conversation where you will learn more about role-specific issues and considerations. Use the conversation to give us greater insights into your previous experiences and skills. How can you get involved in our team? Above all, we are awaiting your knowledge in the area of business or technology that interests you. You are also welcome to prepare and ask us your questions. This conversation normally lasts around 30 – 60 minutes.


  • Optional: Step 4: Show us your talent: In some cases, we would like to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills to us through a practical task appropriate to the requirements of the advertised job or position. This could be, for example, a coding assessment or a presentation.


  • Step 5: Let’s focus on skills & culture: In this step you will meet your potential line management and other experts from our teams. Feel free to ask questions here that you have been unable to ask in the process so far. The aim is to better understand our corporate culture and the way we work. This interview usually takes a bit longer than the previous ones, so make sure you allow around 60-90 minutes of your time. and You?
