Big News! We have won the pitch to develop an experience platform for the non-profit organisation Aktion Mensch. Thus the agency has gained a customer who is committed to greater participation and the natural co-existence of people with and without disabilities.
Aktion Mensch sought a conceptually, technically and strategically well-versed partner for the implementation and reworking of its online platform aktion-mensch.de, and has now found one in us. The necessary actions will be implemented by our experts in the areas of consulting, implementation and support, and professionally deployed using the latest features of the Sitecore Customer Experience Platform. The .NET based CMS system of the Sitecore Customer Experience Platform offers people barrier-free access and extremely relevant content for meaningful user experiences on the website. During the implementation, the organisation will benefit from the experience of our team, which as a Sitecore Platinum Implementation Partner provides comprehensive know-how and is available as a full-service provider for strategic questions and requests.
Within the framework of the project, the range of functions in the areas of automation and personalisation, user-friendliness, content, customer service and quality assurance amongst others will be optimised via the central online platform. Existing corporate infrastructures including software are integrated optimally with new measures through the Sitecore Customer Experience Platform.
As the largest private funding organisation in the social sector, Aktion Mensch sponsors up to 1,000 projects each month to improve the living conditions of people with disabilities, children and young people. This is made possible by around four million lottery participants who regularly take part in Germany’s largest social lottery. By optimising its online presence, the organisation aims to provide them and all other visitors with accessible content and information that is better tailored to their specific needs and interests.
